The work that
built the foundation.

Product management came first, then design — and eventually the two became inseparable. I've worked across industries, but fintech has always been the gravitational centre. Creating digital services, watching them in the wild, measuring what works and what doesn't, shaping strategy from what the data tells you — that full loop is what I love. The earlier work here is where that instinct was built.

Design with confidence and evidence

A decade of shipping across
markets, platforms, and disciplines.

I've always worked at the intersection of complexity and scale. Whether that was micro-loans for unbanked users in Southeast Asia, financial wellbeing apps for Millennial bank customers, or social platforms with millions of monthly users — the question was always the same: how do you design something genuinely useful within real constraints, across continents?

End-to-end
Discovery, research, prototyping, testing, and shipped product — the full loop, across every platform type.
Complexity first
Started with high-scale social platforms — millions of users, real-time systems, multi-market localisation. Fintech came next, where those instincts met tighter constraints and higher stakes.
B2C & B2B
Designed for end users and business clients simultaneously — white-label platforms, consumer apps, and enterprise tools across multiple markets.

Director, UX/Product Jan 2020 – Feb 2021
Limitless (Spendolater) was a white-label financial wellbeing platform helping banks and insurers engage Millennial customers. The design problem was structural: create a unified, adaptable experience that could be reskinned for each B2B client while still feeling coherent and trustworthy to end users.
  • Led UX strategy and product design across the full feature set — savings goals, investing flows, spending tracker, multi-bank aggregation (PSD2-compliant), and a financial literacy knowledge base.
  • Introduced a structured information architecture and reusable component library to make the product white-label-ready without fragmenting the UX.
  • Ran moderated and unmoderated testing to validate new features before development.
  • Collaborated directly with bank partners including Bunq, Santander, and Alior on integration requirements.

Fintech Mobile AI/ML ASEAN
02
UX/Product Lead Nov 2017 – Aug 2021
Bitsoul was a B2C fintech solution for ASEAN markets — helping unbanked users access instant micro-loans through a mobile-first platform. The core design challenge: reduce friction for users with no formal financial history, while giving the AI/ML algorithms enough structured input data to make accurate lending decisions.
  • Led product strategy and UX end-to-end — from concept through live pilots in the Philippines and Vietnam.
  • Worked directly with the AI research team to define data inputs the model needed, then designed user flows that could collect that data without intimidating first-time borrowers.
  • A/B tested application flows and ran unmoderated research with target users to optimise the loan application experience.
  • Built a UI component library across web and mobile to maintain consistency across the platform.
